Politics in an Equal Money System will essentially not exist as it does now, where you have a small portion of the population given all the power to make decisions for the rest of the population, that the population must live by, whether not they agree with them. In an Equal Money System, Politicians will have no power to make decisions. Everyone will participate in the decision making, thus in essence there will be no ‘leaders’. Politics as a process of debating policies will not be done from a starting point of an individual or interest group trying to get policies implemented that are in their favor at the expense of others. Politics and government will simply function as administration, making sure that resources are distributed to meet actual demand, to each and every human being. There will be teams of administration at a community level and at the global level.
The fundamental point of Life on Earth within a democracy is going to be protected by a Constitution of what is Best for All. Any policy, law or rule must therefore be made within the framework of Constitutional Equality and be aligned to the Principle of What is Best for All. The Principle of What is Best for All implies several other Principles:
To understand the Principle of Honoring the Right to Life, first must be understood what Life is.
Changing the form Life takes on does not change Life - Life remains the same. So, whether the Life is a sperm or an egg, or whether it is ‘merged’ or ‘fused’ into a new being – that new being is not a ‘new’ Life Form. It’s just Life in a new form, but it’s the same Life. Therefore, even if you have an abortion, you are not ‘taking’ a Life, you are stopping the Form that that Life will take from taking Form. Because allowing Life to take that Form would, for instance, cause disharmony. So, within altering the form of Life, you’re not in essence, causing any harm. If that were so and you walk on the grass and you kill lots of animals and bugs – then you would be under the Law of Karma for eternity – because you are doing it every single day. There is, as such, also no difference between eating a vegetable or a fruit or an animal, you are changing the form of Life into another form of Life, which would come out of your body as shit, which then again becomes the manure, the support for the plants, for instance, to produce fruit or to produce grass so that the animal can eat it, so that the cycle can continue.
So, for instance, in the case of facing the question of having an abortion or not – one will look at the whole point from a perspective of harmony and disharmony. The guidelines on how to assess whether allowing a child to be born would be Best for All and in fact Honor Life, will be decided upon together. Within this, the central question that will be required of an answer is: What or how is the Life going to be of this being; is this Life going to be free from limitation? If it is not, and there is a high possibility for a disease or a genetic problem to manifest – then why would we make that Life suffer? The claim that one’s baby should be born regardless of its quality of Life because it is ‘a part of you’ is not valid, because everything is a part of you – Always! One’s belief does not change that.
What also requires to be understood is the fact that – because the Form Life takes on does not determine the Life, all Life is Equal, and thus – requires to be Equally Honored.
Therefore, the Principle of Honoring the Right to Life should not be understood in terms of not causing ANY harm or giving every baby the right to be born. It does, however, imply to eradicate all unnecessary harm and to ensure that all Life forms experience the Best Life possible.
Decision-making within an Equal Money System will adhere to the Constitutional Principle of ‘Prevention is the Best Cure’. This implies that with every decision made, all possible ramifications, consequences and outflows must be considered in order to design the policies and regulations in a way that do not cause unnecessary harm to the current or future generations of plants, animals and humans.
The moment disharmony exists, it indicates that the point of disharmony was not adequately prevented. Becoming aware of such a point of disharmony places us in a reactive mode. A reactive mode always takes place after the harm as a result of disharmony that has already occurred, and thus, it is in essence ‘too late’ as the harm cannot be undone. To design a regulatory political system based on reactive measures is therefore unacceptable, as it implies that we wait for harm to take place before action is taken. Currently, policy and regulations are mostly based on the interest of select groups. This causes harm to manifest on other levels that were not included in the equation, causing us to continuously be in a reactive mode as we attempt to correct the mistakes of our past. This is why it is so important to always design policies and regulations according to the Principle of What is Best for All, as it will enable us to prevent disharmony before it occurs.
Obviously, taking action before harm takes place also reduces the amount of resources that go into correcting mistakes and dealing with the consequences of carelessness. A simple example is nutrition. There are countless ills that are currently caused through inadequate nutrition, among which are diabetes, heart conditions, cancer, impaired cognitive functions such as memory capacity, and so on. Treatment for such ills requires a whole range of resources and is time-intensive. If the source is corrected, which is the diet, the ills are prevented as well as the need to use up resources for their treatment.
Initially, policy making will still largely involve correcting the mistakes of our past, as there were many, and thus many consequences. However, as we progress as a global society within the ability to prevent disharmony and to direct all matters in a harmonious way, we will be able to bring children in the world knowing that we’ve taken all preventative measures to allow them to live a life without harm. And thus, the principle of fear as it is now part of society will have been addressed and will no longer form part of our co-existence.
The principle of Equality is directly linked to the principle of Honoring the Right to Life.
Within our current socioeconomic and political system, Life is not valued as a Right, but something each one has to ‘earn’, and within that it has become a privilege. Money has become the medium through which one is able to access those goods and services that ensure one’s subsistence. One’s ‘Right to Life’ is not a given, but restricted to those who have money. This way of doing things within the current world system is reflective of what we value as a society, which indicates that money is valued over Life.
Many religions and ideologies promote the concept of Equality but have so far failed to bring the point of Equality to a level of practical implementation that can be lived by, where the concept of Equality merely remains in the realm of the abstract and ‘theory’.
Within an Equal Money System, the point of having ‘equal money’ is to assist with the psychological harmonization of the human into a harmonious character that no longer lives in fear of his own survival, but lives as Life, gives as Life and receives as Life - equally.
Since we’ve allowed ourselves to invest value into the concept of money, we use money, and more specifically ‘equal money’ as an interim step within the Equality Principle and the Equality Constitutional Development to bring about a psychological re-connection: through distributing money equally, we are “equally distributing value” through what money represents.
This is only a temporary point to rectify the psychological damage that has been done by money and our ideas of money, debt, power, choice, fairness, etc. Once this point of psychological disharmony has been corrected, money as a concept in itself will disappear completely as it will have lost all relevance.
Policy in an Equal Money System will be done from a starting point of considering what will have the best outcome for all life as a whole. There will be no debating policy as a competition for one group/individual looking to get an outcome that serves only that interest group/individual. The process of policy making will involve everyone, and everyone will have access to the necessary information to make effective decisions that will have the best outcome for all. Only policies which are in the interest of all life as a whole will be implemented.
The first step within policy-making is to identify the points of disharmony within society that require direction through the formulation of specific policies as a solution to the cause of the disharmony. The process of identifying policy-issues is open for each one. Each one will have a 'Life Profile', which is an online profile, like we are familiar with from networking sites such as 'Facebook'. This profile will be your main interaction portal with the political decision-making process, through which you can signal policy issues that require direction or alignment, as well as make your own suggestions as to how to correct the point. Therefore, the stage of the identification of policy issues is available to all, regardless of qualifications.
Once policy issues have been identified and suggestions have been made by the general population, the next stage is initiated, which involves the policy formulation by experts.
The Constitution will provide the mathematical and scientific methodology necessary to align what is known to an outcome that’s Best for All.
Participation within the scientific research that will form the base for policies, will be according to people’s interests. In other words, it’s voluntary – and there will be no particular interest groups or research committees that involves only a limited number of individuals tasked with the formulation of policy.
Once policy is formulated, it is given for peer-review – meaning, there will be an appropriate review that will verify that the outcome is aligned to what is Best for All. The formulation of policy as well as the peer-review will be absolutely transparent as all information will always be published. As a principle, nothing is allowed to ever be secret about anything – no secret societies, no government secrets, no corporate secrets, no secrets to be protected through copyrights and patents - because everything belongs to everyone from the perspective that if forms part of the knowledge base from which we produce what is Best for All.
Anyone will be able to check the way policies are structured, and comment or suggest alignments. These comments and suggestions must be accompanied with the necessary proof and evidence that what they are aligning will bring that particular result. As a principle, every child will be taught the basic mathematics and science necessary within considering within available resources and knowledge what is Best for All in every way – just like everyone at the moment is being taught how to assess and decide on self-interest – the education system will play a major role within it. Therefore, each individual will possess skills of critical assessment and scientific evaluation, which they can apply to participate in policy formulation or policy-review.
Each individual will be given access to a computer and internet, giving each one the required resources to participate in the political decision-making process. In terms of the voting, it’s not as much a voting system as it is that you are agreeing that the way the particular policy has been put together and the outcome are in fact Best for All. So, you’re not voting on something because you ‘like it’ or you ‘dislike it’ – you agree that it is best for all or not best. As such, it is a completely different approach to voting and Democracy – where the Principle becomes that you have a say as long as you back it up with evidence. You can’t just say ‘I don’t like it’; you have to prove that your ‘dislike’ is based on the fact that there is inequality within the equation.
Anyone that would act, for instance, from the principle of deliberately causing inequality, is deliberately causing harm and therefore is a threat to general society. Such behavior will be based on some form of psychological problem, which will then be addressed with appropriate treatment and assistance and education, so one can remove your problem, which may occur because of some chemical imbalance where you become psychotic in your self-interest – or you become possessed by phobias and so on. The principle, of course, is: Prevention is the Best cure – it is pointless to act after the consequence has already manifested . Preventing consequences of inequality will be the approach.
So, Democracy within an Equal Money System will be all about freedom in participation, freedom in communication, freedom in placing your input – and the only qualification is that the outcome must result in what is Best for All and therefore, there will be no such problems as associated with the rule of the majority, because the framework and foundation are in their very essence based on what is Best for All. Anything that is not Best for All is unconstitutional.
Voting in an Equal Money System is not a matter of requirement, but a matter of responsibility. For society to function in a way that is Best for All, participation, contribution and understanding on an individual level are essential. Each one's participation or non-participation affects everyone else - and as such, everyone is equally responsible for the results of the participation and non-participation.
Understand that, in terms of the points of apathy, not caring about or simply not wanting to vote (which are currently very common) - these attitudes are results from, and reactions towards the current economic and political system of inequality. Non-participation has become a way of expressing that one does not care about the current economic and political system, because this very system does not care about us either. However, in a system of harmony and equality, there is no valid reason for a person to not do their part in participating in the process of life on Earth. Unless it can be shown very clearly through mathematical and scientific evidence that the relationships within the system are producing disharmony - which causes a person to refuse to participate - non-participation is deliberate and a form of spite. As such, it will raise a 'red flag' to indicate that the person requires assistance as they are in disharmony with themselves and with society. And such disharmony, if left unaddressed will, in turn, cause some form of harm or disharmony to occur on other levels. Therefore, the person will receive the appropriate psychological assistance to correct the disharmony.
Before specifying the role of the administration, let's distinguish between the various participants within the law-making or policy-making process - which are:
- The general population
- Scientific experts
- The administration
In terms of the content of the policies to be decided on, only the general population and the scientific experts are relevant.
The role of the general population mainly pertains to the identification of policy-issues as well as the cross-referencing point in terms of voting on whether or not the proposed policies indeed adhere to the Constitutional Principles of Equality and What is best for All.
The role of the scientific experts pertains to the formulation of policy in adherence with the scientific and mathematical methodologies as laid out by the Constitution.
So - what role is left then for the administrators? The role of the administrators is a purely managerial function. They have in fact no more influence on policy-making than anyone else does. The type of functions administrators are to perform are for instance the convening of all identified policy issues by the population as well as their suggestions, the directing of all organizational aspects involved with bringing together a qualified committee of scientists with the relevant expertise in terms of the particular policy that requires to be formulated, the publishing of each step within the policy-making process and so on. Their role is thus to ensure that the Rule of Law as laid out by the Constitution is followed without influencing the content of the policies themselves.
Members of the administration require to have a minimum set of qualifications and will be voted into office for 1 term. Ideally, each person will only be able to take office once in their lifetime to give each one who so desires, the opportunity to experience what is involved within taking in a position of responsibility in the world.
While in office, administrators will not receive any type of special or extraordinary treatment in terms of any kind of remuneration. Taking office will thus become an expression that is motivated within passion, interest, care and consideration - and will no longer be motivated by profit and personal gain.
Both global and federal/local levels will function within the same framework in terms of laws and policies. Implementation of policy will be region-specific which is where local administration comes in.
Implementation at a local level will be carried out by a local council, elected by the locals, which must regularly be substituted by new members. The point would be to make the local council an opportunity for each one to take a moment of responsibility within the system and to do their ‘civic duty’ so to speak. Therefore, each member will only serve one term. And within that one hopes to eventually have each person during a lifetime serving a term on the council, so that each one can experience what it means to work with a group of people.
Within this, education again plays a part. A person will not just be able to become a council member without first going through preparation, where one requires to go through a process of training and understanding in terms of what is involved – so that there is a smooth transitioning process within changing from council to council.
To apply for such a position, one would submit their availability and qualifications to apply for a position. Once their term has ended, it is time for the next person. A person will not be allowed a second term. Unless there is no viable alternative person to fill the role; each one only gets a single term. This way, each one who so wishes and has the necessary skills, can get the opportunity of experiencing what it means to be a leader within a point of responsibility and within a point of distribution.
In terms of any form of abuse that may occur, anyone will be able to address and direct the point of abuse directly to the federal administration in reporting that there is a problem in this particular local council, where authority is being abused. If a person makes such an assertion and this assertion is based on some form of mental disorder, it will be addressed accordingly. If the abuse of authority is based on some mental disorder, it will be addressed and supported accordingly. The fact that a person goes into a mental disorder does not make them completely dysfunctional, and thus does not completely exclude them from participation. They are addressed, corrected and then receive a chance of forgiveness to correct their point. One will thus not be ‘branded’ as mental disordered – because it is simply part of the human condition at this stage. Currently, not enough is yet understood about how this all functions, and therefore, there is going to be some difficulties, where we need to address the mental disorder.
Once a person has proven their effectiveness within administrative responsibilities on a local level, they are eligible to submit their application for a position on a (more) global level.
Groups have developed various kinds of coping mechanisms in order to survive in a world of inequality. Tight-knit communities that like to somewhat isolate themselves from other communities are an example of such a coping mechanism in reaction to the current system of Inequality. Since inequality is the cause of these types of group behaviors and dynamics, they will be addressed through the introduction of a system of Equality - as this will remove the cause of the reactive mode. Of course, this will not be an easy process as there will be resistance to change in the same way that everyone resists change on some level. Though, resistance to change will also occur from the perspective that - since they are in a coping mechanism and believe that they are managing 'just fine' on their own, the perception exists that no other help is needed. Tight-knit communities will not be looking for a solution, because, from their point of view - they have the solution. Though, what is not considered within that is that we live in a world where everything is interconnected and that each one's actions have a consequence on everything and everyone else. Therefore, remaining isolated from each other will never bring about true solutions that are Best for All.
So - education will become an important factor, as education will bring about the realization that there are different ways to handle things, that provide more viable and substantial solutions. This education process will take time as one of the points that is required to be proven is that humans can in fact change. This is why an Equal Money System will not be a resolution or a solution within the next 2, 3, 4 years. It will take a process of 10 to 20 years of massive education, before we can get to a point where we can introduce, consider and vote on a new system. Through education, we'll make sure that individuals and groups are not sabotaged by their own ignorance. And thus, reversing the statement that 'ignorance is bliss' - in bringing about the realization that bliss is actually the action of living together in a way that is Best for All – ensuring each other’s harmony and one's own harmony.
Within an Equal Money System, the role of News and Media will be specific in terms of World Management rather than entertainment. The principles underlying News and Media will be based on how one can effectively co-exist on Earth.
Accordingly, the role of news and media in an Equal Money System will be twofold:
The implementation of any new law or policy will first go through a process of education to the public, to ensure effective understanding – as any laws and policies will have to be brought into being by everyone collectively. Within this, television will be used as the primary media to present educational information regarding the law/policy to be implemented in the form of documentaries and news broadcasting.
News and Media will also provide a channel for journalism as a form of ‘public policing’ where people can write or report on specific points which are not working effectively, which will then be addressed accordingly.
